“Last night I walked Clancy around the block at 9 PM. The only sidewalks not deceptively treacherous with ice despite being shoveled were mine, The Bill Memorial Library (properties Larry and Legs take care of) and part of the Monument walk. This was due to the application of ice melt. Over the years you have most likely prevented a few broken bones because you are so conscientious. It's impossible to prove the negative but I wanted to make mention of it. The Grundy Family has cared for my properties for over 40 years and have always met and exceeded expectations.”
